Extended Care Safe House

Our Extended Care Safe House was designed for those who have experienced a relapse in their recovery journey and require a structured sober living environment with an added layer of services.

Located in the same neighborhood as our Sober Living Safe House, our Extended Care Safe House option was developed to meet the needs of recovering adults who find themselves in crisis-mode.

Clients who reside in our Extended Care Safe House are offered extensive one-on-one attention, one-on-one cognitive behavioral therapy, and personalized coaching designed to assist the client transition to sober living following a relapse episode.

Extended Care Safe House clients are expected to participate in random urinalysis, adhere to a structured schedule, and respect house rules including an 11:00 p.m. curfew. We also offer case management services to ease the transition of clients entering our sober living safe houses following primary care at a residential treatment facility. These added services and levels of structure are intended to shield vulnerable clients against additional relapses.

Additionally, clients receive:

  • A Comfortable Room and Amenities

  • Gym Membership

  • Yoga & Mediation Classes

  • Nutritional Education for Healthy Eating Choices

  • Pelorus Health Tracker App
